Family profiles

If more than one child uses LuLinDingo on the same tablet, family profiles keep them apart. Each child gets their own profile with a separate name, level, hearts, XP, streak, lessons, quests, and fact history. One child's work never shows up under another's name.

Who's playing?

When the app opens, a "Who's playing?" screen shows a tile for each child. Your child taps their own face to start. Whatever they did last is right where they left it, and nobody else's progress is mixed in.

If only one child has a profile, the app skips this screen and goes straight in.

Switching during the day

When two kids want to take turns, there's no need to close the app. On the home screen there's a round avatar with the current child's initial. Tap it and the picker opens again, so the next child can choose their own profile and carry on.

Adding or removing a child

Adding a new child runs the same short setup you saw the first time: type their name, then either pick an age band or let the quick placement test choose a starting level. The new profile starts fresh and becomes active right away.

Adding and removing are behind a parent gate. The app asks you to answer a small multiplication question before it lets you through, so a young child can't add or delete profiles by tapping around. Removing a child deletes that profile and everything tied to it, and it can't be undone, so the app asks you to confirm first.

Already using the app with one child?

Nothing changes for you and nothing is lost. Your child's existing progress carries over and becomes the first profile in the family. You'll land straight in the app as usual. When you're ready to add a sibling, the avatar on the home screen is where you start.

Everything stays on the tablet. There's no account, no sign-in, and no data leaves the device.
